COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Effective Date: February 26, 2026
These Community Standards (these “Standards”) establish a shared standard for professional behavior for the entities and individuals (collectively, the “Users”) accessing the software platform (the “Platform”) operated by Nevantin Services, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 603 Main St., Ste 201, Garland, TX 75040 (“Splicer Network”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The success of every engagement on the Platform is predicated on the professional behavior of the Parties involved, particularly the purchasers of services (the “Clients”) and the specialized independent service providers (the “Providers”).
These Standards are incorporated by reference into the Client Terms and Conditions and the Provider Terms and Conditions. Users who violate these Standards may, at Splicer Network’s sole discretion, be temporarily or permanently barred from using the Platform. Splicer Network may update these Standards from time to time.
-
Reviews and Ratings. Reviews and ratings are an opportunity for both Clients and Providers to build a positive reputation on the Platform. Reviews and ratings must be truthful, clear, fact-based and helpful to both the recipient and the wider Splicer Network community. Splicer Network reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these review guidelines. Users may only write a review or provide a rating after a work order (a “Work Order”) is completed. To report a review that violates these guidelines, Users shall contact Splicer Network at hello@splicer.network.
-
Professionalism and Quality. Clients and Providers using the Platform shall communicate professionally and in good faith. Clients should expect to engage with Providers producing high-quality work, consistently meeting Technical Proof of Work (“TPoW”) standards and specified loss-budgets. Splicer Network may temporarily or permanently deactivate accounts associated with Users that receive reviews, ratings, or complaints regarding a lack of professionalism, safety violations, or quality.
-
Fiber-Optic Specialized Safety Mandates. (a) Laser Safety. Providers shall strictly adhere to Class 3B and Class 4 laser safety protocols. Users shall never look into an active fiber or port. Clients shall explicitly disclose if circuits on a job site are active and the corresponding power levels present. (b) Hazardous Waste. Providers shall use shard containers for all fiber offcuts. Glass shards shall be disposed of as hazardous waste and shall never be left on-site. (c) OSHA Compliance. All work shall comply with OSHA 1910.268 (Telecommunications) and any applicable state-level safety standards. (d) Breach. Failure to adhere to these specialized safety protocols constitutes a material breach of the platform agreements.
-
Fraud and Misrepresentation. Splicer Network expects all Users to present themselves truthfully and accurately. Splicer Network may permanently deactivate any account associated with fraudulent activity. Specifically: (a) All information on a User’s profile must be true, accurate and complete. Users agree to provide Splicer Network with true, accurate and complete profile information and to promptly update that information as it changes. Splicer Network or a third-party background check service provider may verify information provided by or about a User. If requested, Users shall assist Splicer Network or such third party in the verification process. (b) Users shall not provide false or misleading information about their identity, location, business, Work Orders, TPoW submissions, or services and shall correct any such information that is or becomes false or misleading. (c) Users shall not impersonate any person or entity. (d) Clients posting Work Orders shall fully disclose context that is relevant and critical to a Provider’s ability to successfully complete a Work Order, including known site hazards or legacy infrastructure conditions. (e) Providers shall have legal and beneficial ownership of, and all rights and interest in, any materials underlying the work product created in connection with a Work Order. Work product (including OTDR traces and as-builts) must not include any misrepresentation, manipulated traces, or fraudulent data.
-
Discrimination, Harassment, and Abusive Conduct. Splicer Network maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding all forms of discrimination, harassment, or abuse. Users shall not refuse to provide or accept services based on a person’s race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, sex, marital status, gender identity, age or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal or state law. All reports of discrimination, harassment or abusive conduct are taken very seriously and may result in permanent loss of access to the Platform.

Splicer Network may take the following actions, including but not limited to: (a) Contact all Users involved to obtain information; (b) Review Work Order-related data, TPoW submissions, and correspondence captured on the Platform; (c) Request additional materials evidencing communications between the involved Parties; (d) Coordinate mediation between the Users involved in the complaint or dispute; (e) Determine an appropriate outcome, including but not limited to User account deactivation, partial payment, payment refund, and Work Order re-staffing; (f) Communicate the outcome to all involved Parties; and (g) Promptly carry out the mediation outcome. Splicer Network expects all Users to cooperate with any investigations or other activities by Splicer Network in furtherance of these procedures.
