This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) sets out how Nevantin Services, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 603 Main St., Ste 201, Garland, TX 75040, dba Splicer Network™ and its corporate affiliates (collectively, “Splicer Network,” “we,” “our,” or “us“) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information collected from or about users through any websites that link to this Policy, including https://www.splicernetwork.com (our “Websites”); any related apps, products, downloadable software, applications, or other services that we provide that link to this Policy (collectively, “Products”); and other interactions you may have with us (the Websites, Products, and related interactions are collectively referred to herein as the “Services”).
This Policy applies when Splicer Network acts as the data controller of your information. When Splicer Network collects and processes data about end users of our direct clients (the “Client End Users”) on behalf of such clients (the “Client Data”), the client is the data controller and Splicer Network is a data processor. Splicer Network processes Client Data under the instructions of the relevant client. If you are a Client End User, please contact the client for more information.

Information We Collect Directly. Splicer Network collects information about you that you directly provide to us when you use the Services. This includes contact information (name, email address, postal address, telephone number), log-in credentials, employment information, transaction history, photos (including geotagged photos submitted as Technical Proof of Work or “TPoW”), payment information (processed by third-party processors), and precise geolocation information.

Information We Collect Automatically. When you use our Services, we automatically collect information about your device and how you use the Services, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, hardware attributes, search terms, and error logs. We use cookies and similar technologies to track, measure, and analyze behaviors on our Services. You may set your web browser to refuse certain cookies, but some functionality may be impacted.

Information We Collect from Other Sources. Splicer Network may collect information about you from other sources, including marketing vendors, data brokers, and social media platforms, to supplement the information we collect directly.

How We Use Your Information. Splicer Network uses your information to: (a) provide and operate the Services; (b) communicate transactional information; (c) contact you with marketing communications; (d) engage in analysis and research; (e) personalize content and advertising; (f) secure our Services; (g) comply with applicable laws; and (h) prevent fraud. We may aggregate or de-identify information (the “De-Identified Information”) and use it for any purpose.

Disclosure of Your Information. Splicer Network may disclose your information to: (a) affiliates and subsidiaries; (b) our clients (including information about a Provider's performance, location, and validated TPoW metrics); (c) service providers and advisors performing services on our behalf; (d) advertising partners; (e) joint marketing partners; (f) purchasers in connection with a business transaction; and (g) law enforcement or regulators as required by law.

Online Analytics and Advertising. Splicer Network uses third-party web analytics services to collect and analyze usage information. We allow select third-party advertising technology partners to place cookies on your device to serve relevant content and advertising. You may opt out of receiving tailored advertising from companies that participate in industry opt-out programs.

Security and Retention. Splicer Network implements technical and organizational measures to protect your information against accidental or unlawful access, destruction, or loss. Splicer Network retains your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it and to satisfy legal requirements.

Geographic Operations and Transfers. Splicer Network is based in the United States and only operates within the continental United States. Any information we process is transmitted to us in the United States. Your information will be protected subject to this Policy and applicable U.S. laws.

Your Rights and Choices. (a) Marketing. You may opt out of receiving future marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link provided in the emails. (b) Statutory Rights. Depending on your jurisdiction of residence, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at hello@splicer.network. Splicer Network will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. (c) Opt-Out of Sales/Sharing. You have the right to opt out of the disclosure of your information to third parties through cookies for purposes that could be considered “sales” or “sharing” for targeted advertising. You may click the “Your Privacy Choices” link on our website footer to opt out.

Notice to California Residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA”), Splicer Network is required to provide specific disclosures regarding the categories of personal information collected, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties to whom the information is disclosed or “sold/shared.” Splicer Network does not knowingly sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age. California residents may request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes under the "Shine the Light" law.

Links to Third Party Sites. Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. Splicer Network does not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy policies or practices of third parties.

Children's Privacy. Our Services are not directed to persons under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Critical Infrastructure Information (CII) Protocol. Splicer Network handles data that is classified as Critical Infrastructure Information (the “CII”) under U.S. Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) standards. This includes fiber-optic route maps, ISP enclosure locations, and network topological schematics. (a) Handling Mandates. All Users are strictly prohibited from storing CII on personal cloud storage services or sharing CII via non-secure communication channels. (b) Post-Completion Data Purge. Upon successful validation of a Work Order, Providers shall execute a "Post-Completion Data Purge," requiring the permanent deletion of all local copies of client-provided maps and technical data from technician devices.

Lawful Interception and Transparency Shield. Splicer Network requires valid legal process (e.g., subpoena, court order) before disclosing any User data to law enforcement. Splicer Network commits to notifying Users of legal requests for their data prior to disclosure unless legally prohibited from doing so.

Notice to Client End Users. Where the Services are made available to you through one of our entity clients, that client is the administrator of the Services. Please direct your data privacy questions to such client, as your use of the Services is subject to that organization’s policies.

General Provisions. (a) Governing Law. This Policy and the application thereof will be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas. (b) Changes to Policy. Splicer Network reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Splicer Network will make the revised Policy accessible on the Services.
